I have been a GC myself for a large regulated energy infrastructure company, and have acted as contract general business and trial counsel for a major Fortune 500 company as well as several midsize firms. I have a made a career of winning large, complex, and seemingly intractable commercial disputes. I have trial, arbitration and mediation experience, and have successfully resolved significant “bet the company” commercial disputes with large vendors, including breach of contract claims against leading leading construction firms and IT providers.
